Chicken floss ‘Dambun Kaza’ is a delicacy in the Northern part of West Africa where they pride themselves in carefully shredding, then drying original chicken meat until it is cottonlike to the touch. This is enjoyed both as a snack or part of any meal that you would normally enjoy with meat. At SACFruits, we want to make snacking fun and GUILTLESS so we have created shredded chicken with a difference!! There is no oil in our short drying process. It can be enjoyed as a single snack, sprinkled on salads, hot dogs or even on Tacos. Either way, it is an amazing snack that should be enjoyed and no need to feel guilty  because these are healthy and nutritious.

We have created a To-Go snack using home made authentic spices that is very light and fluffy but enough to feed the snacker’s palette before the next meal.
